    As I stood at the edge of the cliff of the Big Beehive, the sweeping Lake Louise view spread out before me. The regal Fairview Mountain towered at the foot of the world famous, glacier-fed lake as though it were watching over it. The 126-year-old stately chateau sat resolutely at one end of the lake as it always has as a hallmark of luxury. I’m sure it has seen it all. I saw the persistent rain clouds advancing fast up the valley as leaving it only tramped on in shower. It’ll be here soon… HDR
