The past week has been dubbed "whaleshark week" with more sightings in the past 7 days then in the year combined! This one was visiting the dive site Twins which is a busy and relatively shallow site. Not where you'd expect to bump into one on Koh Tao. Rising up from the deep, where a fanfare of snorkelers and divers await at the surface.
