I visited Kars Turkey during last winter which the temperatures goes down to minus 30 celcius often. This is a villager whose house I stopped to say hi. They welcomed with with open arms. They had nothing in value but with little they had this lady insisted that I must be hungry and should eat some newly baked bread. This was one of the most tasteful bread I have ever eaten. So this year and surely each upcoming holiday season I will remember her and her family.
