This was an amazing moment to see the school children doing the routine prayer before their mid day meal at the school. They belong to 'Soliga' tribe, the tribe which has a history of hundreds of years in Indian subcontinent and they live inside a core forest/tiger reserve with many challenges & limitations in life!

"To be able to capture at the same time the grains of rice on the kids' plates, as well as their intense emotion and spirit doing prayers before eating the rice with such depth is amazing. It definitely takes you there." — Pati Jinich, guest editor
