Bajra no Rotlo (Pearl Millet Bread) is a traditional Gujarati bread to be eaten with Ringan no Olo (Roasted Eggplant) curry. The name itself is mouthwatering especially during winter. The Millet Bread is considered to be giving warmth to the body and strength to work in the field. It is ideal diet for farmers, pregnant women and young at the same time. The photograph shows Gauriben of Radhanpur, Banaskantha, Gujarat making Bajra no Rotlo in the traditional way on Chulha (earthen stove).
