    Crepes: plain, folded, stuffed and the last one "The Boo" (my Mom called it "Bab'aika") - our family traditional pancake, which made of last remains dough, never enough for whole one. Every russian family baking "Blini" (crepes, pancakes) during Maslenica, or Crepe week, celebrated during the last week before Great Lent, that is, the eighth week before Eastern Orthodox Pascha (Easter).
