Given that our town is full of hills and very little snow removal equipment, Portland was a mess of stranded cars and children in school buses for 4 hours. However, this morning it is a different story. The streets and hills are covered with people enjoying the change in the scenery. Sledding, snowball fights and cross country skiing is now the way to celebrate this event.
