Nasi Lemak
Nasi Lemak is widely associated to the food city that Singapore is well-known for. Its fragrant rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaves are usually accompanied with a slightly sweet sambal chilli paste, deep-fried ikan bills and peanuts, sliced raw cucumber and eggs the basic ingredients to this dish that is eaten for any meal of the day, including breakfast. The chicken wing and fried fish? Those are choices you get to make to spice up this local delight.
