    This is what time travel looks like. I started this 30 second exposure at 11:59:45 on Dec 31, 2016 and it ended at 12:00:15 on Jan 1, 2017. I wanted to capture the essence of not only motion, but also time. And this photo shows the ending of 2016 and the beginning of 2017. One lane moves forward in time, the other lane moves back in time. Looking East above Interstate 55 headed toward Chicago, IL. ISO 250, f/29, 44mm focal length at 30 sec exposure.
