Life was exploding in the woods once you smash the Puffball fungus ball! Impact (from a stick) released masses of green spores that made a cloud of entertainment for us. The Puffball was holding onto a decayed log on the still leaf-carpeted forest floor. Finding this fungus was a new discovery in the always changing outdoors!
