Moss curtains
Dry stane (stone) dykes (walls) are a common sight bordering farmers' fields in Scotland. The building of these walls is a master craft, involving meticulous arrangement of stones on top of each other, but using no cement - hence the "dry stane". Many of these walls have stood for centuries, and have become part of nature by overgrowing mosses.
