On the South Bank in London, England there is an active social scene with many restaurants and boutiques. This busker is dressed as a noble during the reign of Henry VIII in Tudor England during the Renaissance and the Reformation. The Renaissance laid the groundwork for the Enlightenment, a period of discovery and science and finally we have modern technology. I imagine our busker is holding an iPad! There is, of course, also the contrast between Renaissance Man and an Ice Cream Truck.
