Edit Photo Details Mahal at Sunrise   #india #agra #tajmahal
This photo was taken from across the Yamuna River, from the site where Shah Jahan planned to build a black copy of the Taj Mahal to serve as his own tomb. December mornings in Agra are hazy with fog and smog, and they give a dream-like view of the Taj Mahal at sunrise. Up close, the tomb is larger and more impressive than I ever imagined it could be.
