We were driving the Turquoise Trail, Highway 14, between Santa Fe and Albuquerque, New Mexico and decided to stop for lunch and some shopping in Madrid (pronounced MAAD rid). I was charmed by the scenery and the lovely small town. This turquoise vintage Chevy parked in the middle of the town perfectly complemented my quest for turquoise jewelry.
