    A beautiful color scheme and patterns on this bird. I was getting all of the bird pictures I could one day with my Canon SX-40. Now that I have a better idea of it's zoom functions, with the tele-converter shortcut and the quick position re-aquisition button, I plan to go out again to get even more bird pictures on a good sunny day. I find that you need a lot of sunlight to get all the details of the little birds. Otherwise, they come out very shadowed when you are far away especially
