Another photo of the new years celebration that i was able to be a part of. The women are creating their dance circle here. everyone gathers around and chants for them to dance and everyone takes turns in the center, and there are even dance battles of sorts. This past month has been rough for The Gambia, myself and the other volunteers were consolidated to Senegal while the political situation calms down. I miss my village and I am looking forward to returning to continue my work.
