Senegalese Chilren at Jewelery Shop
I took this photo in Dakar, Senegal where I took refuge during the political crisis in the Gambia. I was trying to convince a jewellery seller to allow me take his photo but could not. Just as I was about to leave and give up, a couple of beggar children came towards me and I asked to take their photo. To me, the greatest border between humans in the wealth gap. I believe this represents this gulf with these children peering from outside into this mini treasure trove of riches.
