I had great opportunity to document some of the great intimate family bonding of a herd of elephants at the waters edge at Karsing camp. It was only possible by stooping down to the water level and capturing it with caution, concealment and in total silence. The herd here is bonding with each other very closely to reinstate their solidarity and love for each other. The small calf between her mom and aunt also gets a good happy playbath.
