I spent several months in Taiwan several years ago. Every spare moment was dedicated to exploring the island. I stooped at a roadside park on the northeast side of the island near Toucheng. The park was on a cliff overlooking the Pacific and this guy never knew I was there. The impact of the red, white, and blue took my breath away.
