On our first night in Lapland, I took my family on a reconnaissance mission in search of a a good vantage point of the northern horizon in anticipation of a glimpse of the Northern Lights later in the week. Then I looked left and saw them. Some whooping and frantic choreographing moments later, to capture this special moment with my wife and son in the glow of the Northern Lights.
