James is a homeless guy who lives in the neighborhood, where I live, in Portland, Oregon, and I always see him around. Different from most of the other homeless guys, he doesn't drink, smoke, or ask for money, and is often reading magazines or newspapers, that he carries around with him, in a shopping cart.
