This is a statue of a couple located on the University of Saskatchewan campus. When I was out taking this photo I sat on the riverbank with a friend until sunset watching the squirrels and birds go by, listening to the rumbling of the weir in the distance. Once it was time we set up the shot and waited for the sun to be at just the right angle so it would be right behind my subject and I took multiple shots with different exposure settings in a short time to get the right photo.
