6 years ago, my 15-year-old cousin battled an aggressive form of cancer. Thankfully, her positivity, strength, and perseverance helped her to make a speedy recovery. I recently took this photo of her as she emerged from the ocean water-- she stands taller and stronger than ever before, reminding me of what a powerful woman she is.
