I love nature's combination of the bare trees in the winter, with the snow and the ultimate blue skies. It actually calms me down; it is like being in meditation with my eyes open. Bare, sinewy branches touching the blue of the sky waiting for Spring to arrive; come March and we will see teeny tiny fluoro green leaves throbbing in the Spring breeze with Life. As Hal Borland says, "a single tree is like a dancing tongue of flame to warm the heart."
