A new camera was motivation to get up early one autumn Saturday morning to try some sunrise photography. As the first rays of light appeared, my husband and I were scouting for a good view. The park had a small lake, so we headed to the water’s edge. To our amazement, the low clouds on the horizon began to glow with brilliant coral and fuchsia hues that were perfectly mirrored in the water. It was a chilly morning, and mist was rising from the lake’s surface, adding to the sunrise drama.
