Walking in the DC Women's March was the most incredible experience. The streets were blanketed with people of all different backgrounds coming together to fight hate. This protest, while it had inclusivity issues, was many steps ahead of where feminist protests used to be in terms of giving platforms to women outside the white-cis identity. The feminine power here was palpable, and if we each "Fight Like a Girl", we will come closer to achieving unity than it will under a patriarchy.
