    I was invited by the farmer to come up into his drive to photograph the lambs. It was a gentle scene of the pasture with the daffodils blooming, and the lambs nursing. Then he let in his dog to herd them back to their barn. A perfect border collie, he herded them efficiently, but gently with his BC eye. But one little lamb was not ready to quit nursing. A perfect scene of spring in the Saanich Peninsula, BC.
