He's Alca Mendoza, a venezuelan surfer, skater and motivator. He was born without legs, but since he was a kid, he promised to his grandma "I will do great things". Despite his condition, he learned to surf and skate when he said that he will learn that "vaina" (stuff) watching some guys skating near his house in El Junquito, Caracas. Now he's working on motivation for people, showing that you don't have to be "complete" to do what you want, everybody can "hechar pa' lante" (just go ahead).
