Elephants are known to share many emotions as we humans do, such as joy, love, jealousy, grief, anger, compassion and distress. In this photograph I managed to capture a perfect moment showing an elephant calf being comforted by its mother, displaying some of the emotions that they share with us. It almost seems as if the calf is enjoying this time of bonding, showing us how elephants smile!
