I never cease to be in awe of the many and varied sunrises I've witnessed all over the world, but nothing can beat standing on the beach in my hometown watching the multifaceted sunrise. This morning I stood, once again in awe, on the beach with the waves lapping the shore, as the sun rose behind the pier, with the cloud formation a perfect echo of the waves below.
