    I raised Basil and Dusty in the summer of 2012. This photo is their first release in a tree right outside my livingroom window. They couldn't seem to move beyond this tree. Realizing they needed more time, I overwintered them in a fabulous 'coondo' we built for them. They were successfully reintroduced into the wild (soft released on my property) in the spring of 2013 and Basil still comes back to visit me every spring since. Dusty moved on, hoping he's doing well.
