The women and children stand out side one of the make shift exam rooms at the outreach clinic out side Nairobi, Kenya. All of the women show strength by walking many miles over rough terrane just to get to the out reach clinic held once a month in an abandon school building. They come to have their babies weight and measured as well as getting tested for HIV and receiving birth control.
