(Photo of heron under bridge) I always see sadness when I look at this photo, but it also reminds me with one step at a time, you can make it through a dark tunnel to see a glimmer of light on the other side. As I reflect upon the week...may those who suffer from the London terrorist attack and other tragedies, as well as those who sacrifice so much to protect us...find strength within themselves and from family and friends to take one step at a time toward peace within their hearts.
