    Reported by:

The great Bruce Lee once said, "Don't pray for an easy life. Pray for the strength to endure a difficult one." One of my biggest fears has always been of failure: failure to achieve my goals, and failure to be strong enough to overcome adversity and anxiety. Even as a black belt, these fears do not cease. Martial arts discipline teaches the mind not to avoid these fears, but to embrace them as a strength. With this strength comes unwavering courage and an indomitable spirit.
