Monument Valley is one of the most astonishing places you will ever visit, should you be fortunate enough to go there. There is an incredible sense of power combined with serenity and wonder. The fact that these many hundred feet tall red rock monoliths were created by water and wind rushing across the earth over thousands of years puts life into perspective. We are at once both insignificant and as significant as everything we see around us.
