Wayne Lyman Morse United States Courthouse-Eugene , Oregon Designed by Thom Mayne and located in downtown Eugene, the U.S. Courthouse won an award for "Progressive Architecture" from Architecture Magazine in 2004. Artist Matthew Ritchie designed the exterior's metal sculpture which is meant to mimic the Willamette River's watershed.
